Richard is currently the President and CEO of MEGA Management Inc. a Business Development Management Firm founded by him in 1994 based in New York City. With his strong leadership skills and creative vision the company finds national and international business opportunities, developments and manages them for clients in the fashion, beauty and/or entertainment industries. Clients included; GLO TV Network, The NYSE Diversity Council, Sephora, Essence Magazine, Jones Magazine, Bleu Magazine, Celebrity Makeup Artist Sam Fine, Musical Duo Les Nubians, International Artist Emmanuel Jal, and African American Women in Cinema Film Festival.
